GD-6941 belongs to the de-alcohol type one-component RTV silicone rubber products, faster speed table dry and fully vulcanized flammability rating of UL94LV-0 Ji particularly suitable for industrial production line. The product vulcanized metal non-corrosive, easy to use, can be used for a long and excellent resistance to weathering and good electrical insulating properties.
Applications

Can be used as electronic components,industrial electrical equipment, coating, bonding, sealing(heat sink adhesive and screw cap).the moisture-proof, shock-proof,insulating and able to withstand the impact of altemating hot and cold, well protected packaging, coated components.

Usage

1.Adhesive seal

The surface of the components to be coated with ethanol or acetone dust, grease cleaned,the rubber will be solvent evaporation from the hose extrusion evenly applied to the bonding surface,then the bond composite certain pressure, the mixture was allowed to stand at room temperature for 24 hours can be moved, and completely cured to be a week.

2.Thick layer of sealed

GD-6941 sulfide rely on contact with the air outside to the inside of water vapor gradually carried out, the  best batches construction for more than 5mm coating ,that each scratch about 3mm sulfide before continuing to the next construction.

Precautions

1.use of this product should be packing tube after plastic lid tightly to prevent the remaining plastic tube curing..

2.Eye irritation,careful not to get the eyes,if inadvertently get the eyes should be immediately washed with tap water and then consult a doctor.

 

Storage and transportation

1.100g aluminum tube packaging or 300ml plastic tube packaging.

2.This product is placed in cool.dry environment preservation;storage period of six months.

3.This product is non-dangerous goods transport.
